How long should my business video be?
The length depends on the message and the placement. Start with what the viewer needs to understand and the next step, then agree a length that suits that purpose and the channel's specifications.
Can the project include interviews, captions and music?
Discuss each item when planning the video. Interview capture, captions, music and usage permissions affect production and editing. They should be included explicitly in the agreed scope.
Can you combine ground-level video with drone footage?
Ask about a combined project. Aerial footage must be feasible at the proposed location and time, and the production plan should identify both ground and aerial work.
Is a separate commercial video included in my monthly package?
Check your existing proposal with Charles. A dedicated commercial production, extra versions or additional editing is not automatically part of a monthly social media package. The scope of each project is confirmed before work begins.
